Cream questions

Is a CBD cream regulated by FDA?

FDA says cosmetics do not need its approval before sale, except most color additives, but a topical marketed with claims about the body's structure or function, or about disease, is regulated as a drug6. That is why we describe these products only by their contents.

Does a higher number of milligrams mean a stronger cream?

The milligrams are the total CBD in the container, not per application. A bigger tube with the same milligrams is less concentrated.

About this page

We do not earn anything from purchases today. Every product link is a plain link to the merchant's own page, without an affiliate code. We may join merchants' affiliate programs in the future, and this notice will say so before that changes.

Prices, sizes, shipping and lab reports belong to each merchant and can change. The merchant's own page is the final word on price, availability and terms.

CalmLeaf Guide covers topical, THC-free CBD only and makes no health claims. Nothing here is medical or legal advice. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before using CBD with other medicines.
