Privacy at CalmLeaf Guide
This page explains how Molvani Ltd. handles personal data on CalmLeaf Guide. It is a plain-language notice prepared for review by counsel; it is not legal advice.
Who is responsible. Molvani Ltd. (МОЛВАНИ ЕООД), a single-member limited liability company (EOOD) registered in Bulgaria under EIK 203688536, is the controller of personal data collected on this site. Because it is based in the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to everything it does with personal data, wherever you live. To reach us, email partners@molvanimedia.com.
What we collect. The pages you view and the links you click, counted with privacy-respecting analytics (IP addresses anonymized, no session replay, no advertising pixel, no cross-site tracking); technical logs our hosting keeps for security; and, where a form exists, only the fields you fill in.
Why, and on what legal basis. Analytics and security logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site working, protected against abuse, and learning which pages help (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). You can decline analytics in the notice at the bottom of the page. Forms: your consent, given on the form itself (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who receives it. Service providers that run the site for us under contract: hosting and content delivery (Vercel), database (Neon), product analytics (PostHog) and error monitoring (Sentry). Some of them process data in the United States. Those transfers rely on safeguards the GDPR allows, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
No sale of personal data. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Links. When you follow a link to a merchant, you leave this site. The merchant's own privacy policy covers what you do there.
How long we keep it. Analytics events only as long as we need them to see which pages help, and form submissions only as long as needed to handle them and your requests.
Your rights. You can ask for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email partners@molvanimedia.com. We answer within one month.
Complaints. You can complain to the data protection authority where you live or work, or to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Bulgaria) (https://www.cpdp.bg/).
Children. This site is not directed at children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes. When this notice changes, the new version is published on this page.
