What the pages say, and what to check

Ingredients. Medterra's calm gummies add 125mg L-theanine to 25mg of CBD per gummy7; its capsules use organic MCT oil68. Lazarus's softgels list flaxseed oil, full spectrum hemp extract and MCT oil4; cbdMD's list hemp extract, MCT oil and gelatin5. Read the full list if you have allergies.

THC and the new federal line. From November 12, 2026, finished hemp products with more than 0.4mg total THC per container are excluded from hemp2. A bottle of Lazarus's softgels lists about 30mg THC in total, so a full spectrum capsule can sit far above that line while still sold as hemp today.
